First, apologies for the extremely sporadic blogging - it’ll probably only get worse before it gets better, though i’m going to try and find the time (between renovations to the new house, a crazy work schedule, a little girl who doesn’t know the meaning of ‘slow down’).

 

October was one of our busiest months.  We’ve been feverishly working on remodeling the living room and the two bedrooms - pulling up carpet, redoing floors, repainting everything, replacing baseboards - the works.  Maebe keeps getting bigger and smarter (well, smarter at least...she’s still a shrimpy 23 lbs.) - and reaching her terrible twos a bit prematurely.  She’s learned the word ‘mine’ and apparently now everything on earth is hers.  However, she’s also a little sweety, loving to give hugs, dance to music, laugh at her own little jokes, and dress up in her “pretties”.  Of course this meant she’d be a princess for Halloween.
